1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjc05 ("bjc05", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bjc05 website located at https://bjc05.io, including all associated services, features, content, betting markets and casino games made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users who access or use the bjc05 platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bjc05 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bjc05 strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor or agent of bjc05 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the bjc05 platform by way of self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or compulsory exclusion imposed by bjc05.

bjc05 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification. If a player is found to have provided false eligibility information, bjc05 may void any bets placed and close the account permanently.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bjc05 services, you must create a player account by completing the registration process on the platform. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. You may update your account details by contacting our support team.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account username and password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one bjc05 account. Opening multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. bjc05 employs technical and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bjc05 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to that player, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts. Real-money balances may be returned at bjc05's discretion after deducting any bonuses received.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. bjc05 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Do not share your account details with any third party. bjc05 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bjc05 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjc05 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and standard bank transfer.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any limits set by your payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your bjc05 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.
• bjc05 charges no fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal per day: Subject to your account tier. Contact support for VIP withdrawal limit inquiries.
• Withdrawals are processed within 2–6 hours during normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your name that matches the name on your bjc05 account.
• bjc05 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Any deposit bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from your balance before withdrawal is processed.

bjc05 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of credit facility. All deposits must be funded from your own personal funds. bjc05 reserves the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the originating payment method if we identify suspicious funding activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bjc05 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses and other promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be met. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account balance without notice.

Decisions made by bjc05 regarding bonus eligibility are final.

bjc05 may modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Participation in promotions constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bjc05 offers a range of betting and gaming products including sports betting (cricket, football, basketball, kabaddi and other sports), live casino games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and live game shows), slots, crash games (such as Aviator and Spaceman), fishing games and other instant-win products.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended, transferred or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• bjc05 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, data feed failures, or clearly erroneous pricing. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These limits are displayed within each product and may vary by account tier or market conditions.
• Winnings will be credited to your account balance upon settlement of the relevant event, game round or market. Settlement times vary by product.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the result recorded by bjc05's system shall be considered final unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed under the specific conditions outlined for settlement purposes, bets will be settled in accordance with bjc05's published event-specific rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjc05 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to defraud bjc05 or other players through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing errors, or any other dishonest means.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the bjc05 platform. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of a third party, or sharing your account with another person.
• Registering under a false identity, providing false documents, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility in any way.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical glitches or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bjc05 staff, live dealer personnel or other players through any communication channel.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)
